Power Properties is a Dallas real estate company founded by brothers Braden Power and Craig Power. The Power brothers love their native city of Dallas and are dedicated to converting older downtown neighborhoods to their former glory. The Power brothers were excited by the city’s architecture and history and they made it their mission to convert run down buildings into stylish, in-demand apartments and condos. Their business model is to create well-designed units in older buildings to create living space that is attractive, convenient and value priced.
Their model is working. Power Properties was created thirteen years ago and has been growing strongly ever since.
As of 2002, Power Properties has acquired over 600 units in the Lakewood and Old East Dallas neighborhoods that they have purchased, thoroughly renovated, leased, maintained, and managed.
